How to Order
We try to make ordering as quick and easy as possible by offering four different ways to order:

Online Wholesale Store:
Go to chalycechocolate.com, click on wholesale in the navigation bar, login to the wholesale store order form.
Payment Methods
All orders require payment in full prior to delivery. We accept credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover, Amex) or EFT. No additional credit card processing fees apply.
Terms are considered on a case by case basis, usually after 3 orders, and are due in 30 days. If paying via EFT, please email us proof of payment.
Shipping
We ship USPS Priority Mail. We discount the P.O. rates by 25% – 100%, depending on your shipping zone and amount ordered. We want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. We include ice packs and insulation in warm weather.
We ship within 48 hours of receiving and order, unless we have to hold an order until the next Monday in hot weather.
If, for some reason, we cannot ship within 48 hours, you will be notified.
Damages or Defects
We guarantee our chocolate bars leave our facility in perfect condition. If you receive damaged items please contact us within 5 days with a description of the damage, and preferably a photo.
We cannot offer returns or refunds on undamaged items.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurred after the package has been delivered, for example, leaving the box in the sun.
